Grandma's Cottage has its own private entrance with a fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area downstairs and the bedroom and bath upstairs. Both rooms are furnished with antiques and bygone memorabilia.

Rate: $124, double occupancy plus 2% local & 5% state tax
The cottage has a sleeper sofa that can sleep one extra person. Rate: $25 per night.
Check-in time is from 4:00 to 8:00. After 8:00 on the first night check-in you will do a self check-in to the cottage and your hosts, Bob and Dianna will great and welcome you to their home at breakfast the next morning.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. If you need extended time, we will try to
accommodate your request.
A two night stay may be required on some special week-ends.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
We are a small Bed and Breakfast, in high demand, so to help accommodate
our other guest, if you must cancel your reservation please contact us as
soon as possible. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your
check-in date a $25 processing fee will be added to your credit card.
If you should cancel your reservation within 2 days or later of your
check-in date the total amount of your stay will be added to your credit
card unless we receive another booking for that date or dates. Thank- you
for respecting and being understanding of our cancellation policy.
* Special Note: Total balance of your stay for James Madison University
Graduation and "James Madison University Family Week-end" will be accepted
at time of booking your reservation. There are NO REFUNDS upon
cancellation for James Madison University Graduation or "James Madison
University Family Week-end.
